I have this issue as well, its not game related, I have just downloaded a new version of the Witcher 3 with an English pack, a days ago and my previous game has not the Polish language pack. After I installed the new game I had the option to download the Polish language pack to my English Witcher 3.
Help please!
Ok, I'm going to be honest with you. I have it pre-ordered on GOG, and I got a private key that can sign up to use the beta. My main issue is, I'm on.

Is it possible to download the Polish version of the game on Xbox One? I have the Polish version from the Steam version and I don't know.
Can you use the language pack from GOG on steam (the game on steam) if you already have it installed?

Open GOG.com on your web browser.
Click on your game title on the left (it's still on the left).
Click on the "Patch Notes".
Under Update 1.35
Read the following:
"The Commonwealth developed the Ecranophone, an audio technology capable of reproducing the full range of human speech, in which the human voice was completely replaced with voice samples provided by professional voice actors."
